A month ago me and my team learned how to operate a microscope. When viewing a moving specimen to move your view up move the slide down basically move the slide in the opposite direction there are also two knobs on the side of the microscope. One is for normal zooming and the other one is for fine focus. There also is a switch to turn on the light for making it easier to see the subject.

During science my group did a experiment on, can a plant grow on sugar and water. There were 6 vial each vial had a different amount of sugar. Vial 2 had one teaspoon of sugar as the vials number increase so does the teaspoon amount of sugar. Vial 1 the only vial with no sugar grew out of the vial. Vial two had one teaspoon of sugar and showed little growth and the rest showed no growth at all. In conclution radish does not grow in sugar.

I think global warming would be almost impossible to stop completely because it has been occuring for a longtime. But it is possible to slow it down for example you can ride your bikes to your destination and if you don't have a bike then I don't know whats wrong with you, any way you can always carpool with your friends to slow down global warming. My point is that if global warming continues it will not just effect humans it will also effect some of Earths majestic creatures. Like for example the lion because of global warming temperatures has been increasing in some parts of Africa so sooner or later the temperature will be too hot for lions to live in that habitat and may be they might die off. So in order safe and preserve wild life do your part to slow down global warming and may be one day people will find a way to stop global warming completely.

This week I learned about elastic force.I used a rubber band, a bolt, and a Newton scale. It turns out as the streching distance increases so does the elastic force.

How Batteries Work?

Alessandro Volta made the first battery in 200 years ago.Now batteries these days are alot more smaller and can hold more energy. When you charge your battery the energy comeing from the charger goes into the battery and becomes stored chemical energy, and when you use it on a light bulb the energy again transforms into electrolyte and curculates through the curcits createing light and heat. When energy moves it is called kanetic enrgy. You can also use a battery on a motor, when energy it used to power moveing object the energy is called mechcanical energy. Batteries has been around for a while from 10 meters that can barely hold energy to very small size that hold alot energy and I predict batteries will keep evoleing.
