Elastic Force Elastic force is when the force of a rubber band and/or stretchy object stretches or expands at short or long distance. You can very the amount of force by the amount you expand it. An example of elastic force is a trampoline. When you bounce on the trampoline the force from the springs enable you to go up in the air higher then if there were not springs. I learned that rubber bands are very stretchy and have a lot of force.
