On the thrid of November rooms 1 and 4 went to Lake whakamaru camp together. There were lots of fun activities like bmx, flying fox, rock climbing, kayaks and dingies. My faviourite activity was the burma trail, the caves that we had to climb through were fun and scary.Saige got so scared he didn't want to finish it so Tara and I had to force him to keep going. The first activity my group did was kayaks I kept bumping into other people, when we were standing in the kayaks and trying to race each other I slipped and fell in it was so cold!!!But over all the best things about camp were the bumpy go carts and the awesome flying fox!!!!

Katie and Kelly watched in horror as their friend Ray turned the corner and bumped right into…
Butch the school bully who was on his usual morning walks looking for losers to beat up. Ray accidently spilt his soda all over Butch. Katie and Kelly stood and watched in fear. They could almost see grey smoke coming out of his ears. Butch shot them a nasty but mean look. Poor Ray was shaking with fear.
“I I’m so sorry I didn’t mean to “stumbled Ray.
Butch looked down at him with his dark coal black eyes and said.
“You’ll pay for that loser.”
“Pl please don’t hurt me “pleaded Ray.
But Butch payed no attention to Rays pleading.
“Watch your back, grunted Butch walking off.
They all watched butch walk off disappearing out of sight turning around the corner. Then suddenly Katie and Kelly shot over to Ray as if they had been struck in the bum with lightning.
”Are you ok?’’asked Katie as if she had been brainwashed and didn’t even remember what had just happened. Ray didn’t reply, he just stood there watching the birds fluttering around in the park. The next day Ray never returned to school and the next weeks, months, and years went by. Many rumors went around that Butch chopped out his guts and feed them to his dog but no-one will ever know what happened to Ray except for…

Habitat
Tigers live in Rainforests, jungles and the wild but are having to live in swamps, reeds, caves and even old buildings because their land is being destroyed so people can build cities on it.

Behaviour

Feeding
A tiger will kill its food by breaking its neck which usually kills it but if it doesn’t the tiger will bite its neck leaving it to suffocate and die. Tigers eat mostly meat and will leap on its food when it is close enough after stalking and chasing it.
Conclusion
Tigers are beautiful large cats that are becoming extinct. There are only 6000 left in the world due to poaching they are poached for their bones which are used in tribal medicines and their eyes which are sold as good luck charms. And are losing land. Please stop taking their land and help stop poaching or else tigers will go extinct!
