--English proverb
I think that this quote means that if you judge something or someone before you try it or get to know the person you might miss out on something. For example if you look at a cover of a book and say that you won't read it then you might be missing out on the best book ever. So never judge something until you try it or get to know the person.

My favorite quote from this week was...
"Make friends before you need them." By Unknown
This was my favorite quote because it was true to life. Because if you have been mean to other people when they have needed a friend and then one day you need a friend then you cant expect them to be a friend to you. Because when they were in their time of need you didn't help them so they shouldn't be a friend to you.
And that's why I liked this quote the best!

My favorite quote was reading is to your mind to me i think he is telling that it is so you can be heathy he is telling us to be strong and be heathy read ever day so you can be a pro at reading.

My response:
I think that Joseph Addison is saying that they both make your body stronger but in different ways. Reading makes you learn more
and makes your brain stronger and exercising your body helps you stay fit and strong. They both make your body stronger but like I said in different ways.

Everyone should be a good sport and even if you loose, you can win another time.
If you loose, you should not brag. They know they lost. How would you fell if somone did that to you.

my favorite quote so far was....

It means to me that a ten speed bike has lots of gears that they don't use and we have lots of gears that we don't use. what I mean by gears is some things we know a lot about or a talent then we don't use it. and a bike with ten speeds doesn't use all of the ten speeds that it has.

I think it means that you cannot shake hands or forgive someone that does not forgive you because he does not mean what he is doing.
I like this quote because it has happened to me before and it is very creative.

I think they are saying if you make a mistake you can't bring it back.
I like this quote because it is saying you can't undo what you already said.

it means that it is to hard to hard if your hand clenched fist.
it can mean to a punch someone.
and you cant because it it is to hard because that means that there unfriendly
