 Dairy Products First the farmer puts the suction cups on the teats, and then the machine sucks the milk from the udder. It only takes about five minutes to suck the milk out of the udder. The tanker trucks take the milk to the factory. The tankers insulate the milk to keep it cool. Once the milk is in the factory they pasteurize the milk. That means that they quickly heat it, then quickly cool it. They do that to kill germs and bacteria. Dairy products are, cream, milk, cheese, butter, ice-cream, and yoghurt.
