 New Zealand. Lake Taupo is the largest volcano and it is still active. Waikato River is the longest river in New Zealand. Mount Cook is the tallest mountain. It is 3764 metres tall. Kiwifruit and other crops get sent to other countries from New Zealand. Some people like netball. The positions are WD, WA, GA, GS and others. We also play rugby, soccer, baseball, cricket and others. We have not native mammals except for bats. There are two types of kiwis. There is a bird called a kiwi and a person can be called a kiwi. The bird that is a kiwi is New Zealand’s national emblem. Many native birds don’t fly. New Zealand has a population of exactly four million people. Most people live in cities or towns. The biggest city, Auckland, has over one million people. New Zealand’s capital city is Wellington. New Zealand is small but the country has a lot of different plants, birds, landscape and people.
