 Where We Live There are 10 people in the Livewires who live in town and 14 who live on the farm. Some farms have dairy farms what they grow stock on. Cows eat grass and turn it into milk. Some of the milk goes to Fonterra and some goes to Open Country Cheese. Some farms have crops and maize on the farm. The town of Te Awamutu has 10 000 people in it. The dairy factory keeps all the milk and puts it in bottles. Our special mountains are Maungatautari, Kakepuku and Pirongia. They are extinct volcanoes. Some creatures live on them called kiwis.
