Spring arrived Friday, March 20th at 7:44 a.m. Although it wasn’t very warm out, it is good to know that the cold and snow will soon be behind us! With the approaching warm weather, one thing I will be motivated to do is start running outside again. I love running around town and having a change of scenery. Running is challenging, but I like to challenge myself and feel rewarded when I get done. Now that spring is here and the weather is beginning to get nicer, what are you motivated to do? Maybe it’s a goal you have for the rest of the year. Perhaps it’s an activity like mine that you have neglected over winter. Whatever it is, write about it and make an effort to actually follow through with it!
