Scared to Death
Guess what! During the Winter Break, I went to Faraya. Well, it was fun in the beginning, until my dad made us go to a hotel in Faraya. At the hotel there was a garden full of snow. So my brother and I went to the garden and played at the hill. Soon my brother and I brought our dad so we could all have a snowball fight! So, we started playing just like any normal family! All of a sudden I screamed! I lit up with light. Part of the lighting hit me! I was so scared! Soon the same thing happened to my brother then to my dad and then all of us at the same time! Soon my mom started calling us. Guess what, she knew something that we did not! My dad shouted back to her saying, "Just one more run down the hill!" Though she would not listen she kept telling us to come in. So we ignored her. We climbed to the top of the hill and ran as fast as we could down. When we all were about to go in the hotel, it lit up with lighting! We all almost got struck! When we all got safely in the hotel, my mom told us that a man told her it was Red flag for lightning! Obviously we were all very, very lucky to not have died from the lightning.
