Emotions
Sadness, madness, happiness, all these are emotions are healthy to let out! Just because someone says letting out your emotions is babyish, doesn't mean they are totally right! You should let out your emotions! Keeping them all in for me hurts. The sooner I let out the better I feel! When I let it out later I burst into tears!
In my opinion letting out your emotions is very brave! So please for your health let out your emotions!
