We went on to Google Docs, spreadsheet and used many different functions. Including the Autofill, and we ended up using the concatenate function. At first we used the Autofill to type the states, then we used it to fill in all the capitals. After that we used the concatenate function, to combine the states and the capitals. After that we used the Google gadget to turn our list of states and capitals to pinpoints on a map. We did something that could of taken a long time, but since we let Google do all the work it didn't take long at all. Here is the end result of our states and capitals list all compiled on to the Google gadget map.

I think that if he wants to make that thing go in phones, then that is fine. If someone wants that, they can have it but it should be an option, because I don't really like it, but some people might want it. But I don't want to have to calm my phone down, so that is what I think. But it would be cool for people who like that. And it is cool that he was able to make it but I just would not want to have it.

">embed> and ">embed> These are the videos, on the left is photsynth and on the right is Multitouch Input.
Essential Questions:
One of these videos deals with hardware and the other software, can you tell which is which?
How would, or how have, these technologies changed the way that we interact with machines (computers)?
Where do you see something like this being useful in business?
How do you see something like either Photosynth or the Multi-touch device being useful in the church? How could you see either of these two creations helping to Spread the Gospel?
Answers:
1. I think that is really hard to tell which one is the hardware and which one is the software. But if I had to guess I would think that the Multitouch input was the hardware and the photosynth is the software. Because the multitouch you had to handle the Multitouch and draw on the screen and etc. But the Photosynth was a program that you had to run on your computer or laptop.
2. The multitouch has changed the way we work computers, because new things are coming out multitouch not just single touch. In the future all programs might be multitouch. And photosyth will impact the world, because everything will be hyperlinked and you will be able to see thng in 3-D. Just like Google Earth has started to let you view the world in 3-D.
3. Businesses that design things and need to be able to see them in a third dimension, so they will be able to use the multitouch.
4. The photosynth might let people read the Bible on the screen. The multitouch might be able to highlight verses that are important when they are on the big screen. This would help spread the word because non-belivers will see that the highlighed pin-pointed verses on the screen ( photosynth and multitouch) and start to except Christ as their Lord. And they will believe!

On TED, there was a man who could square five digit number in his head, in about thirty seconds. It was amzing, but it is his job. He could guess what day was your birthday, he was amazing. He remembered everything by a little poem, kind of like if you were tring to remember your schedule for the day. It could be Clean House, Wash dishes, and Organize the closet. HE would think of Clevand Whatchamallcalits OHHH! Okay that is not a very poem but you get the idea. But he quess the day of your birthday even back into the 1800's. He was a magic math man. Watch it for yourself, and remember the show is not rigged, it is real!!!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I am so very thankful for everything I have, and the people I love. I am looking forward to going to my grandmas house for Thanksgiving. It is so much fun. Since our school is letting us off for this week , we will help my grandma prepare for the tons of family coming over. My uncle is coming from Alabama. My grandma had seven kids, so it will be a lot of fun, preparing for everyone. Then that Sunday, my dads family is coming over. We will prepare for them, and that will be alot of fun. Well have fun!!!
