Oral Language
In room 6 we get given plastic
microphones to take home. Each one is something different you have to talk about the next day like
describing a little toy or telling some jokes. It’s cool doing
microphones.

Scooter Safety
Last Wednesday I fell off my scooter. I landed on the end of my handle bar and it cut me. I needed lots of stitches in my mouth and on my chin—it was very sore.
Here are some tips to help you keep safe on your scooters.
Always wear a helmet.
Keep the handle bar grip on the end of the bar. It’s there for a reason.
Watch out for bumps and cracks that your wheel might get stuck in.
Be super careful when riding around other people.
Have fun being scooter safe.

Pencil sketching
In Room 6 we are learning how to do different kinds of strokes with our pencils. We are learning about strokes because Mr Francis took photos of us but he only gave us half of our face so we have to use the strokes to draw the other half. When you draw it, it looks funny.

Duathlon
At the Duathlon we biked all the way to the end of the field and back, then jumped off our bike and walked them to the cones, put them down and walked to tag our runner at the transition point. The runners did one lap and we yelled and cheered for them.
