one of my best spring breaks This spring break started with the visit of my great-uncle Fritz.

On the first Friday of the spring break we went to visit Fritz in the Hilton Pyramids Hotel. The hotel was 25 km from the disgusting (well kind of) polluted city center. This hotel has a swimming pool, tennis courts and golf courses. We spent the afternoon at the pool. My uncle showed me some swimming techniques. The pool was heated so I could swim without getting sicker. My mom and my great-aunt were sitting on the pool side and chatting.

On the bottom of the pool there was an automatic key thingy and I wanted to bring it back up. But the area of the pool where this key was located was about 150 cm deep. Every time I tried pushing the card up the ramp with my foot it slid back down. Then we played golf (it's a lot harder than it looks and I stink at it!!!!)

The next day my mom and I took my uncle and aunt to Alexandria. We visited the library there. It was built by a northern European Country. The architecture was a mixture of modern architecture and ancient architecture. On the ceiling of the library there are windows so that the daylight can come in. Also the ceiling had a special design so that the rain would not block the windows. It also had electric colors in blue and green because these are the most relaxing colors for the human eye. The library is mostly depending on sunlight.

After visiting the library we took my relatives to a fish restaurant called Tikka. After lunch we went to Montazah gardens. Unfortunately it was raining and after our visit to Montazah gardens we went back to Cairo.

THE END
