Death Du Jour by Kathy Reichs
Real life Forensic anthropologist Kathy Reichs writes about Dr. Temperance Brennan, Quebec's director of forensic anthropology, who specializes into the secrets of the dead. In the bitter cold of a Montreal winter, Tempe Brennan is digging for a corpse buried more than a century ago. She then connects it to other contemporary deaths and disappearances that has demands her attention. Tempe probes a mystery from a deadly Quebec fire to startling discoveries in the Carolinas, and ends up back in Montreal with a terrifying showdown.
