Ice Storm
On December 11, 2008 most of New Hampshire had an ice storm that effected them in horrible ways. Well on Thursday night my power went out at like 4 in the morning. But luckily I had my woodstove to keep my house warm and to boil water to make easy food like mac n cheese, or stuff like ramen noodles. But we had one conflict, showers. It was pretty cold and taking cold showers isn't good for youu in the winter so on saturday I went to my friend's house and took a shower and spent time at his house while he and my parents were at a party. So then the next day I read, and went shopping, and then my dad, brother, and I went to another friends house spent time over there and while we were there we got a call from my mom that we had gotten power back!
