Joe Flood we had a guest speaker named Joe Flood. He told us all about his life and about his past experience with drugs and alcohol. He told us about the mistakes he had made. I think it was a very helpful class. Joe Flood was a previous drug and alcohol user. He taught us about the dangers of drugs and alcohol he taught us how to protect you from these things. He taught us what to do when you are in a tuff situation when drugs or alcohol are being used. I think it was easier to talk to someone who has had a previous experience. It made more since because Joe really knew what he was talking about. Joe told us to picture our brains with six lights you are healthy and awake, when five our light you are ok ,when four are light you are asleep, when three are light you have passed out, when two are light you should get medical help, when one light is light you are dying, when all your lights go out you die. This strategy Joe used to talk to us really made us feel like we were in the situations ourselves. Joe was a very inspiring person to me and really made me understand all the dangers of drugs and alcohol. I am looking forward to seeing Joe Flood again next year.
