STARS
Stars, big round lights.
Stars, big balls of heat.
Stars, tiny, tiny suns thousands of miles away
Stars, like fireflies trapped in the sky (poor, poor fireflies)
Stars, like rain twinkling in the sky
Stars, like magic dust hovering in the sky.
Stars
so bright and bold.
Like icicles, frozen in the cold, cold sky
Solid as a rock.
Stars
like connect the dots, making pictures for our delight.
Stars
Wonderful lights like a city with all it’s lights turned on
Stars
Wonderful pictures for our enjoyment
Stars for the world to see
Stars most wonderful things
To behold

This summer was AWESOME! I was never at my house (I didn’t Have one.) I was at my Grandparent’s ranch or at Kiwi’s house. At the ranch, I played with my cousins. We played knights, soldiers, super Heros and villains, and video games! At Kiwi’s house, we played with legos, practiced shooting, and watched movies. We also went to a family reunion on Whidbey Island. We swam, played board games, and stayed up way past bedtime. Once we stayed up past 4:00 sneaking candy. After the reunion, we went back to the ranch. THIS SUMMER WAS SO MUCH FUN=http://=http://!!!

Washington isn’t just the dude who cut down the cherry tree. He was more, much, much more. This is his story.
He was born in 1732.His family members where named: Lawrence, Augustine, Samuel, John, Charles, and his only sister Elizabeth. His Father died when George was 11.
He lived with his brother, Lawrence at Mt. Vernon. Lawrence died when George was 16.George then joined the Virginia militia. (Military of an owner of land.) At the time, the French wanted America for themselves. George could hear the whiz of bullets. His troop was ambushed! His commander was shot and killed, but they still won.
George married a girl named Martha. They lived on Mt. Vernon.
The war of independence started when George turned 42. (1774 do the math.) He was the first American general. He won 3 battles and lost 2. George’s stepson died after the war of 1776.
We lost a war At New York. When this happened many soldiers where ready to give up, but soldier named Thomas Paine rose the spirits of his comrades. Some people say this is what made them win, that and the French. We won independence in Yorktown, Virginia 19th of October 1781.
George Washington died in 1798, when he rode through town on a snowy night. When he arrived home he was terribly sick. They sent for a doctor, but he was to late. He died. ”First in war, first in peace, first in the hearts of his people, here lies George Washington”
George was a great hero.

Nibble, nibble, lick, crunch. These are the sounds of me, Nuts, devouring an Oreo. I have a certain method to munch and crunch my addicting Oreo cookie.
First I take off the top and nibble slowly. I eat out side then in. Next is the icing.
The chocolate crunch isn’t , but white “stuff” in between. I lick, lick, lick. Until there is no more.
Finally I eat the bottom. I split it into 4 parts then slowly nibble.
Gulp, That how I eat a Oreo. That’s how the cookie crumbles. EATING OREOS IS THE BEST THING IN THE WORLD=http://=http://=http://=http://=http://=http://=http://=http://!!
