This eighth grade class is using the most modern medium and transferring our writing skills from the classroom to a public forum- the blog. They've created blogs that are based in topics that they have chosen, and are given a weekly prompt designed to view their subject in a new and unique way.

Movie: The Little Rascals Rating: ='http:// Review: The Little Rascals was such a great classic. It is one of the funniest movies of all time, just because of the fact that their little kids doing all this funny stuff. My favorite part of the movie had to be the part when there in the clubhouse near the beginning and they say all of their pledges and all that because its funny that they have all those and they are only like 7 years old. My favorite character has to Spanky because he is the leader and hes the funniest of them all. This is my first reveiw of movies so bear with me.
Movie: The Sandlot

Review:
The Sandlot was such a great movie for me when i was a kid and still today it is one of my favorites. The Sandlot is a story of a group of neighborhood kids that always play baseball on a sandlot field. When a new kid comes into the neighborhood, they accept himin at first, but re still a little uneasy about him. The new kid was reluctantly named Smalls by the group and became one of them. One day when the kids run out of baseballs, Smalls takes his step dad's, Babe Ruth signed ball, to play with on the field. But when Alex hits a homerun over the fence to the crazy neighbors yard with the huge dog, there in for some trouble trying to get it back.
I personally think this was a very good movie that shows love, friendship, and happiness between the characters. I gave this movie 5 stars because it was such a classic through the years and stayed an amazing movie is just incredible. It is still one of my favorite movies today because of the fun things they do and the cool adventures they have.
