Monster Spiders Invade Japan (N) Last week in the city of Yokohama, Japan, thousands of people watched as two 36-ton spiders crawled through the streets. But these spiders are actually man-made mechanical spiders with 14 drivers for each spider! The spider seemed entertaining but a little scary. Little children bawled (cried) at the sight. Some nice people even took pictures of the spider.

I think this is awesome but scary. It’s scary because it’s a big spider, an animal that no children like that is big and can squish people. It’s awesome because it is a man-made thing! The spider is 36 tons! That’s about 20 trucks! I wish I could go to Japan someday. . . .
