Favourite Author
Do you know you're favourite author?
I don't. I enjoy the books of so many authors a lot. So I really can't say one is the best. Each author has their good books and their bad books. But, here's a list of author's that I like enough to recommend (in random order)
-Gordan Korman
-Barack Obama (Yeah, his book actually made me cry)
-Tamora Pierce
-Lois Lowry
-Scott Westerfield
-Eric Walters
-Eoin Colfer
-Avi
-Celia Rees
-Sharon Creech
-C.S. Lewis
-David Almond
I think that many of their books share a common theme. Whether they are writing about the past, present, or future they all have a serious theme, that can only be found if you think deeply about the characters and the story are breath-taking, but also like any of us in many ways. They do normal things. Here are some awesome books by each author:
-Gordan Koram: Son of Interflux, On the Run series
-Barrack Obama: Dreams from my Father
-Tamora Pierce: Alanna of Trebond quartet, Immortals quartet
-Lois Lowry:The Giver, Gathering Blue, The messenger
-Scott Westerfield: THe Uglies, The Pretties, THe Specials, The Extras
-Eric Walters:Run, We all Fall Down, Camp X
-Eoin Cofer: The Artemis Fowl Series
-Avi: The True Confessions of Charlotte Doyle, The Good Dog, Crispin
-Celia Rees: Witch Child, Sorceress
-Sharon Creech: Walk Two Moons, Absolutely Normal Chaos
-C.S Lewis: The Chronicles of Narnia
-David Almond: Kit's Wilderness, Clay
Those are some of the books that I read by each author, and that I really enjoyed. Each book is different.Gordan Korman is hilarious. Barrack Obama’s books are touching. Tamora Pierce’s books are often set in a medieval kind of world. Lois Lowry’s books are deep reads and very serious. Scott Westerfield’s books are often set in the future, and are adventure stories. Eric Walter usually talks about tragic and heroic events that have happened in the past. Eoin Colfer’s books are about supernatural events and are AWESOME! Avi writes stories when people are different from others and outcast, but they are actually really good. Celia Rees wrote about a girl in the 1800’s and how she was believed to be a witch. Sharon Creech writes about problems that could be one’s everyday issues, but with an interesting twist. C.S. Lewis lived long ago, but is books are a work of fantasy. David Almond writes about what happens imagination and reality interwine. I think that all these authors are worth recognizing. Read….Read more!

This is a photo of my favourite tamil actor. Tamil is the language that I speak at home. It originated in India. My family comes from Sri Lanka. It's a tiny island under India.
His name is Vijay (vi-jae). He's acted in a couple of movies, always as the hero. Vijay is hilarious, and a really good dancer. He is awesome.
