The best thing about my weekend was snowboarding.  It was the best because I got to go with my mom and my sister.  Also because I was a  blizzard and windy, but my favorite thing about snowboarding was while I was putting the snowboard on I was just standing up and the wind was blowing really hard and the wind pushed my to the hill and I fell hard on my back. It was fun because I made it all the way down the hill and I made all the turns without falling until I got to the bottom. Then we were going to go on the lift but they had to make sure that all the people and kids got of safely so we decided not to. So we went into the lift and got some hot coco and some lunch. After all the day was really fun. Even though the weather was miserable.    

On thanksgiving I was part of making 2 different salads. The first salad I made was a fruit salad. The fruit in the salad was ripe and delicious in the salad was margarine oranges, small kiwi fruit, apples and bananas. The whipping cream was the sweet sensation that pulled it all together. When it was done that whip cream had covered the fruit so all it looked like was lumps of whip cream. I also made a green salad. When we sat down at the table there were tons of turkey, dark and light meat. The mash potatoes melted in your mouth. The creaminess of the mash potatoes and the richness of the gravy was delicious. I was glad I didn’t have to eat the green beans. The sparkling cider was tart. I got to have as much as I wanted. The desert was spectacular. There was apple pie, pumpkin pie, apple cobbler, blueberry cobbler and my favorite, black berry cobbler.

1)”No” mom and dad shout at once.

2)’What if…” My voice trails off.

3)”You said that all ready” I murmured.

4)”That would be awesome.” I cry.

5)”Why not” I groan.

Febuary 4th,

Dear Journal,

Today I was passing by my classroom and the lights went out. I told my teacher and she jumped. Her dress went up. She was dressing a doll. The doll was already dressed. I reached for her doll. She slaped my hand. I passed by her desk. The light went out again. This time she kept jumping. I started reaching for the doll. Then it cracked.

           I had a lot of trophies. One day I went to the pet store. I got 5 monkeys. The next day I went to pick berries. I was gone for half and hour. When I got home the monkeys had thrown a party. I had been to birhtday parties before but they were nothing like this. There were ponies giving rides to babies. The turkeys didn't have bodies. I threw them all out exept for one. I hoped the monkey enjoys staying.

         I was no the buses to four different farms. The cows made me want to put them in boxes. The chicks were wearing dresses. I had to do their dishes. One cow had really long lashes. We looked at all the gases the cows had produced. The axes were wearing glasses. On the way hoem we passed many churches.

I treated myself to a dotted popcicle. Then I stopped when my brother asked a question. My mom handed me the mail. I mailed all the bills back. My sister boiled my homework. That was a new one. I chased her around the house. Then she slowed down and walked. I got her and trapped her into a kennel with my dog. He played with she tried to get out. When her punishment was over she jumped out of the kennel. I patted my dogs head because he had to be that close to her.

Today, my mom forgot to pack me a snack so I had to seek for one to take. I decited to lick Lilly's lollipop. I licked it and at the heard a croak at the same time. I looked for a frog and found a snake. It had a tack stuck in him. After school I took to the lake. I took the tack out of him ad he started to leak blood. When I went on a boat I threw him into the boat wake. The snake was weak when he hit the boats engiene. Once I heard the whack. I knew he had to much water to soak up. The snake flew out the engiene and I stuck a stick in his body. 

One rainy day there was a leak in our roof. Our teacher was too weak to fix it. " The builder will come in a week." she said. The next day I was eating snack, when we heard somthing splash. The castodian was trying to fix the leak when he fell into the lake like puddle. Unfortunatly, he landed on a tack. We tried to take it out bu it was stuck. He was gone for and hour but when he came back a kid that had fallen in the "lake" he hit him with a board then whack. The costodian fell over and all the water soaked up into his pants.

My favorite holiday is Christmas. I like Christmas because I like getting presents and love seeing family. When we go to families houses we have to take the train.  We go to my grandparent’s house first. They live 4 hours away from us. They always get us lots of present. Once were done there we take the train to my aunts house. She lives in the capital of the state. She always gets us expensive presents. We have a lot of fun on the slide to their pool. By the time we leave were on our way back towards my grandparent’s house. This time we are going to my other aunt house. We like to play outside because it’s always hot where they live. We head home at about 9:00 pm. When we get home we wait for Christmas morning. When we wake up we have billions of present’s waiting to be opened. That why I love Christmas.

This year I'm in fith grade. This is my last year at my school. The cool new thing that I like about this year is dragon blogs. This is the first year that I have done dragon blogs. I can't wait to see what suprises come next.

On Friday, I went to High School Musical 3 with two of my friends.  We all had fun at the movie, and then we all went to my church and helped at a dinner for homeless people.  On Saturday, I had a 10:30 soccer game.  We tied 4-4.  I think we played a good game.  I also went swimming at an indoor pool for my friends birhtday party,  where she invited thirty-four KIDS.  There were a lot  of people but it was lots of fun.  She invited five kids to sleep over at her house, and I was one of them.  There was only one weird thing.  On our way back , somebody with a red truck followed us all the way home from the party and kept shinning their brights at us from behind.  Then, when we pulled into her driveway, they stoped at the top of her street.   We were really scared.(When I say we I mean me and Bex.)  So we ran into her house and locked the door.  On Sunday, I went trick or treating at the park.  After dinner we carved our pumpkins.  And that was the end of my weekend=http://=http://=http://=http://=http://=http://

I'm still reading The Sea Of Monsters.  What I'm reading about is that Percy, Annabell, and Tyson are on thier journy to the sea of monsters to rescue Grover.(percys friend.) On thier adventure they found thier old friend Luke. They bad part is that Luke betrayed them and know wants to take over camp half-blood. They ascaped his zombie cruise ship.They stole his life boat and found a place to stay. There friend Tyson found a Monster Dounut Shop in the middle of the woods.They addened a boat that brings them to a spa. Once they acape the spa they are on their quest to find Grover before i'ts to late.

I am reading The Sea of Monsters.  This book is about a boy names Percy. He lives in New York city. He went to school one day and the new "kids" were playing dogeball during gym and the new "kids" turned into giant man eating blood sucking cannivals. Did I mention that Percy is a half-blood and was playing dogeball with cannon balls? So know Percy is on a quest with a girl named Annabeth and Tyson to see why these mysterious creatures are attacking him and his mortal world.

My book character is Swindle. He is a man that trick (swindled) a kid out of a old baseball card. He tricked him by lieing to him and only giving him 100$ when the card was worth 1000$. So the boy collected 5 of his freinds to get the card back. The only thing standing in his way is a visous guard dog.
