To me this means that some people can not learn as else as others but some people can learn but chose not to learn.Everyone can learn but everyone learns at different stages.If you close your mind that you can't do things you won't do them and you won't be successful.You shouldn't make that chose trust me I closed my mind and if you do it is very hard to open again.You will regret it in the long run.Remember always do your best and if you do your best your best will have to be good enough.A wise person talk to me on day and I felt real good abought my self after he said be you and only you.
