Yay It's the last week of school! I thought 7th grade would never end. This wasn't really one of my best years... what I think is funny is that I would blow off a big project till the last second, then get a good grade off of it. Some things I would like to do in 8th grade would be (once again) 3-D art, grizzlie challange, (after school recreational activity) and save money to get into sea base.(boyscout retreat)

In 'rules' Catherine makes so many rules for David and my favorite one was no toys in the fish tank. This is my favorite because when ever catherine was in a non awkword situation David would burst in and say that. Then Catherine would go to the fish tank and take out the toy.
If I could make 3 rules for my self they would be:1.If you start something you have to finish it before starting somethging else,2.If someone keeps saying 'hi' to you it's because they want you to say hi back or are just being annoying,3.Whenever you are told to do something do it before it is too late or before the person comes back and tells you to do that something again.

THis week in science we dissected chicken wings, afterwords I was really hungry. Anyways It was really fun because if you pulled on one end the other would move. I learned that meat is really the muscles that the chicken uses to get around.

This week we watched the Ernest Green story.(A.K.A. The Little-Rock Nine) When I watched this my reaction was "why wouldn't they fight back." If I was one of them I would have fought-back atleast once, besides why go to a school where you get treated like garbage. I thought it was sad when the mob of andgry adults swarmed Elizabeth, who knew adults would behave like that. I mean they tell there kids to act appropriately and they start yelling and swearing at this black teenager.
Things have changed because people now treat others no matter what skin color they are. I sometimes see discrimination around the world with people not letting other people inside a restraunt just because of how they're dressed.

When Gene Kranz came he said, "The culture at NASA' s Houston control center in 1970 revolved around something that has become an increasingly rare quality in society." When I hear the word culture I think of traditions, routines, and never ending time loops. If I was the leader of apollo 13 then I don't think that they would have gotten back safely , I don't work well under pressure , and I would have given up.

I would have to say that the weirdest thing that ever happened to me is one of my dreams. I was in my house and it was exactly like it was before I went to bed, with blue tape and marks on the wall (My mom is remodeling the house). Any ways my watch in the dream said it was the 23rd of February in 2009. My mom (in the dream) gives me around 15 games for the ps2. This is weird because my dream happened after the 23rd, and that never happened.

Some of my goals for the new year include:get in the excellence party, having fun with my friends don't lose any of my friends, become life-ranked in boyscouts by the end of the year, get in 3-D art for 8th grade, find my library comic(Rave Master volume1), and get into soccer club.
