Doll house Murders Section b 15 points

Article posted November 12, 2008 at 03:08 PM GMT • comment • Reads 73

If I would change the character of Louanne to be normal the story would be different by Amy wouldn’t lose any friends and she wouldn’t have got in a fight with her mom. Amy and Louanne would probably be a lot nicer to each other. Amy might not have had the party at Aunt Clair’s house, Amy would have probably never found the doll house and the mystery would have never been found.

I am writing about the assembly. At the assembly they showed us different traditions from different countries. We got to see people from different countries and from Hawaii. Next they had the teachers go down and dance. After that they pick 5 kids from the bleachers and painted there faces. Finally after the assembly we went back to class.

On Monday I got hurt playing dodge ball at recess. My mom wrapped it with tape to keep it from moving. I was surprised that I didn’t even get out of school early due to my injury that day. It was still very sore, so my mom called the doctor. The doctor had me go to the hospital for an X-ray of my finger. Stay tuned to next week when I get the results.

Tuesday was my mom’s birthday. I cleaned up the house for my mom to surprise her. She thought that was very nice. My dad took us all out to eat at the Olive Garden to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Later we surprised her with an ice-cream birthday cake. That is what I did this week.

My Biography About Paul Robeson 9/5

Article posted September 4, 2008 at 09:50 PM GMT • comment • Reads 87

My Biography is about Paul Robeson. Paul Robeson was born on April 9, 1898 in Princeton, New Jersey. Paul Robeson died on January 23.
When Paul Robeson was a toddler his dad lost his job. Paul made money for the family but it wasn’t enough to meet the family meets. When Paul was older his brother discovered that he could sing. Then when he was a little older he started giving public speeches to develop his voice skills. Paul attended Somerville High in high school. In high school his music teacher helped him make his voice even better.
In college Paul won a 4 year scholarship to Rutgers College. He was only the third African American to attend that college. After he graduated at the top of his class he went onto law school. To pay for Law school he played professional football and earned $500 a game. After he was out of law school he was offered 2 major roles in the theater by the famous writer Eugene O’Neill. Later in 1934 he joined the Soviet Union. Then later after being in the Union for 40 years he died.
I think that Paul Robeson was a successful man throughout his live. I believe that Paul Robeson will be honored forever for his success. This is my report on Paul Robeson.
