Researched A to E After researching A to E I have decided to create a new post outline the changes in my opinions.

Question 1:
Is a person who methodically investigates a subject in order to discover facts, to establish or revise a theory, or to develop a plan of action based on the facts discovered
Question2:
The internet has revolutionised not only schooling and socializing but it has change the work industry it has made buying and selling stock, items at home easy and a simple click. We can do internet banking and meet new people all from the comfort of our own homes. The internet has boosted the economy.
A report released by the Allen Consulting Group. The report is based on a survey of 634 Australian businesses of all sizes and from all industry sectors. It contains information about the use of the Internet by Australian business.
A key finding is that Internet connectivity is almost universal, with 95 per cent of Australian businesses online.
Smaller companies (fewer than 20 employees) were less likely to be online but even in this group 88 per cent are online.
Seventy-two per cent of businesses with an Internet connection have a website and about the same number (74 per cent) have more than half their staff on e-mail. Sixty-seven per cent use Internet banking.
Not surprisingly, the report found that businesses connected to the Internet are much more productive than those that are not. "Businesses also report that use of the Internet has generated cost savings, with the average cost saving estimated to be 2 per cent of total costs - across the economy and over time this equates to a substantial increase in wealth and wellbeing," the report said.
Question 3:
After a alot of research I found that the meaning of Web 3 is:
Web 2.0 describes the changing trends in the use of World Wide Web technology and web design that aim to enhance creativity, communications, secure information sharing, collaboration and functionality of the web. Web 2.0 concepts have led to the development and evolution of web culture communities and hosted services, such as social-networking sites, video sharing sites, wikis, blogs, and folksonomies. The term became notable after the first O'Reilly Media Web 2.0 conference in 2004. Although the term suggests a new version of the World Wide Web, it does not refer to an update to any technical specifications, but rather to changes in the ways software developers and end-users utilize the Web. According to Tim O'Reilly:
“ Web 2.0 is the business revolution in the computer industry caused by the move to the Internet as a platform, and an attempt to understand the rules for success on that new platform. ”
Tim Berners-Lee, inventor of the World Wide Web, has questioned whether one can use the term in any meaningful way, since many of the technology components of Web 2.0 have existed since the early days of the Web.

Web 3.0 is one of the terms used to describe the evolutionary stage of the Web that follows Web 2.0. Given that technical and social possibilities identified in this latter term are yet to be fully realized the nature of defining Web 3.0 is highly speculative. In general it refers to aspects of the internet which, though potentially possible, are not technically or practically feasible at this time.
Web 3.0, a phrase thought up by John Markoff of the New York Times in 2006, refers to a supposed third generation of Internet-based services that collectively comprise what might be called 'the intelligent Web'. Such as those using semantic web, micro formats, natural language search, data mining, machine learning, recommendation agents, and artificial intelligence technologies. Which emphasize machine enabled understanding of information in order to provide a more productive and intuitive user experience.
Question 4:
My opinion has not changed from previous.
Question 5:
My opinion has not changed from previous.
