Wow! It has been over a week since we started Term 3. Let me know how you are finding the blog. What is challenging? have you all managed to log in? If you are still having trouble with your log in can you please email me at amielee.m@gmail.com. I will change your password and email it to you.
Congratulations to Ben who had the BEST book review of the week. I would like to read that story now! Thanks for being a great role model Ben and getting us all started.
Others of you have added articles to your blog but you need to remember that it is a book review and you need to be giving more information than one sentence.
Next Monday we will be looking at how to give a really good book review.
Until then ...scroll down on the articles in the blog and look for the article "How to give a good book review".
Have a great Tuesday without me and don't forget you are doing your book web work!
See you on Wednesday!

Thank you all for an amazing term! I have had so much fun watching you improve in your fluency and expression in your reading. I am so proud of how hard all of you have worked on your journal plays. The junior school are going to be so happy to receive your journal play C.D. Thank you to Olive and Julia who designed the C.D covers.
I hope you all have a blessed and safe holiday.
God bless you all.

Hello my readers!
Please follow these steps for giving a good summary to your audience.
I will give you a good tip. Its a good idea to type your summary into a word document so you can save it as you go . Then when you have finished your summary completely you can then copy and paste it into your articles on your blog.
STEP 1. Read the book throughly and write the name of the journal/story or chapter book at the beginning of your summary.
STEP 2. Make sure that you describe the characters in the story. WHO?
STEP 3. Give the setting of where the story has taken place. WHERE?
STEP 4. Share the plot of the story ..what happens? WHAT?
STEP 5. Give the main points but don't give the whole story away.
Lets see if you can get lots of reads on your articles :-)
