Room 22 went to a performance. It was fun. We went into the gym. My favourite was the violin because it made a good sound. Me and my Mummy wanted to play one but we weren’t allowed to have one each at the end.

Years and years ago the boiling sun was zooming too fast. Maui couldn’t see it. Maui and his brothers pulled the ropes out. Then they threw it over the sun. It said, “Oh no! Can’t you see I am nearly dead?”

On Tuesday Room 22 walked to Waitawa Bush and made a hut. First we looked for sticks to make the hut. Next all five of us started to build it. We made a door so we could get into the hut. After that we made a fire. I felt happy because it was exciting.

If there is a fire in my house, I will get my Mum to smash a window. If we have to we can throw a mattress out the window. Then I would call 111. I have a safety tip for you. Do not run when you are in a fire. My model has three rooms, five beds, two chairs and a TV.

Because its got a grate around it. Fires can keep us warm and you cook
with it too. Some fires can not be safe
like matches. But some can be safe heaters are safe
