Peregrine Falcons on our bridge!!

Hey biodiversity kids!
Did you know that there is a family of peregrine falcons on the bridge?! That is so exciting, to see an endangered species coming back! There is currently a mom and dad and two babies. Soon they will try to fly - that is their most dangerous time, since they could fall and be roadkill.
Should we take a walk down to see them?

Hope those of you celebrating Mother's Day with your mom had a great day today. What special things did you do for your moms and grammas or aunties??!!
I had a wonderful breakfast, with lots of hot coffee - you know how Ms. Shanks needs her coffee!! grrrrrrrr!!
Then a lazy afternoon - the grass needed cut but I DID NOT CARE!! guess I'll have to hire a horse or two now...lol

Hi class,
Ms.Shanks embarrassed herself yesterday by screaming well, like a girl at a wee mouse!!
Despereaux came to join the conversation between Ms.Olivito and Ms.Neblett and myself. After I screamed, he ran off into a hole in the floor at the base of the doorway. He scurried most professionally, so he must have learned something from his brother Furlough!! lol
What would you have done??
