My Blood Journey
Did you ever wonder how your heart functions? Well, I will tell you. Your heart functions like this:
After a long and tiring journey from the body, my 2 twin veins that are called Inferior Vena Cava and Superior Vena Cava carry me back to the Right Atrium, (the right upper chamber of the heart). Then Right Atrium complains
,'' Hey! I am full!'' then, the valve that is between the right Atrium and the right lower chamber of the heart is called Tricuspid Valve. Mr. Tricuspid opens his gates and the deoxygenated blood goes to the right ventricle,'' Hey! I am full too!'' then all the deoxygenated blood goes to the lungs by the pulmonary Artery takes the blood to the lungs. Later, the lungs get rid of the carbon dioxide. Now, for the left side of the heart. The left side of the heart functions like this:
When I inhale, the oxygenated blood is transported by the pulmonary vein to the left Atrium (which is the left upper chamber of the heart). Then, left Atrium complains,'' Hey, I am full! HELP!'' then the Mitral Valve opens his gates and the oxygenated blood goes to the left Ventricle, then the left ventricle complains,'' Hey, I'm full too!'' then the blood goes to the body parts. Anyways, later they got to the lungs and the lungs get rid of the carbon dioxide. In addition, this is the story of the Circulatory/Transportation System.
Conclusion
I am advising you eat healthy food, exercise a lot, and do not eat too much junk food. I am helping you so take my advice.
