 My Two Chicks One Boring dull afternoon, I was watching a movie suddenly, I heard a knock on the door I was very excited to know who it is so I opened the door, and it turned out to be my dad he came back from work and then I thought, some boring old parent which is totally normal. Suddenly, I saw my dad hiding behind him a box so I snatched it from him; then I heard a sound of chirping!? So I opened the box and saw two colorful chicks one was yellow and the other one was pink. At that very moment, I saw my dad holding a bag so I asked him,’’ Dad, what is inside this bag that you are holding right now?’’ he answered,’’ Lynn, inside this bag is the food for your new pet chicks.’’ I was very excited! I went to the kitchen and poured a bowl of water and another one for the food that my dad was holding and I placed the bowls inside the box and I stared at them the whole time till the next day , I went to school , and was excited to go and see my 2 chicks again , when I came back from school I didn’t see my chicks so I asked my mom,’’ Mom, where are my chicks’’ my mom said ,’’ Lynn , your chicks died.’’ ,’’What?!
