The Express

My class and I watched the new movie The Express it is about a Running Back named Ernie Davis. One message that I saw was that back then no one wanted to loose for example they played Texas in the Cotton Bowl and Texas wanted to win so bad that they started punching Ernie when he got tackled. But they didn't give up no matter how hard it was they kept playing. Another message was how racist people were to black people. Such as in the movie they wouldn't let the black people in the hotel or in the elevator. So being racist isn't nice and people should stop being racist. The third message that I saw was how he never got mad at the ref. So if someone disagrees or calls you names don't just walk away or like in the movie just give him the ball. The last message that I saw was how no black man has ever won the Heisman trophy. Ernie was determined to win it and he did. So the message was if you believe you can do it.

My biggest success so far in life is my trip to Montreal I went there to compete in a skateboard competition.
I learned that I can do something I really like and that I can do it if I try really hard.
My family members help support me and they came with me to the competition.

Barack Obama's Speech

After viewing the new President's speech the elements that stood out to me was how he said, "We all deserve a chance". He also said that" We are ready to lead once again". One more thing that stood out to me is how many people where there to view his speech. All of these things sood out to me because they are important to me and should be to you.
I agree that we all have duties to build a united world. For example, I don't get why there has to be war. Everyone should just get along.
I think we can build better unity by stopping racism and being nice to each other.

I think that the message was all races should be allowed to be friends and that we should all be allowed to be one world.
Maybe he got the people to think more about the change other than what color our skin is.

Jordan Eberle scores with 5.6 seconds left. Thats how Team Canada made it to the World Junior Championship.
Tavares tops draft rankings. My article is about John Tavares who is the assistant captain of Team Canada.
This article is about the World Juniors and John Tavares draft year.
This article takes place at the Scotia Bank Center in Ottawa, Ontario on January 5th, 2009.
I chose this article because I was cheering on Team Canada, I was also cheering on the two Regina Pats players Jordan Eberle and Colten Tubert.
This was Team Canada's fifth straight gold medal and I hope they get their sixth straight gold medal next year.

My New Years Resolution

My New Years Resolution is to practice my guitar more. I plan to do this because as I have to get my songs cleaner so they sound better when I play them. I plan to practice my guitar everyday right after school. This will be achieved by playing everyday for thirty minutes to one hour. I have to start practicing my guitar as soon as I get home because then I might get a new guitar. That's my new years resolution.

Hello I think your new mystery object is........ A pencil. It is used for writing and drawing. I think it is a pencil because I use pencil at home and at school when I have work.

Finally, the Saskatchewan Roughriders got their slotback Andy Fantuz back.
The article headline is Fantuz ready for action.
My article is about the Saskatchewan Roughriders and their slotback Andy Fantuz taking on the Edmonton Eskimos.
This awesome article takes place in Regina, Saskatchewan at Mosaic Stadium on October 22/08.
I chose this article because Andy Fantuz is my favorite player on the Saskatchewan Roughriders. I have a Fantuz jersey with his number on it.
So to conclude I am so glad Andy Fantuz is back and that he is back and that he didn't get hurt.

My hypothesis this time is a hole puncher because you could have taken the picture of it upside down. Also a hole puncher is as heavy as a brick.
A hole puncher is used for punching holes in paper. I hope I'm right this time and I will talk to you later.

My hypothesis is that the mystery object is a laminator you took a picture of the inside of the laminator.
A laminator laminates paper to make it all shiney
