Hi Mrs.Markwart how was your day at school today? I had a fantastic day at school today I can't wait till Easter because of all the candy we get. I hope you have a Great Great Great Easter......

Hi I'm going to talk to you about the movie The Express and what it's about. These 2 African American boys were walking with bottles and then these boys came up and said give me those bottles and the African American boys said no and then the one boy had ran away as he got into the train he was yelling hurry come and get on and he said, "no!" The one boy had stayed put for himself and then he was running and then he saw his brother and his brother said, "Are you alright? and the other boy said, "Yes I'm fine. "The boys went to try out for the team in football an they had to wear white jerseys and the rest of the boys got to wear red jerseys. I think that's wrong because everyone can't be the same but we all belong in one group. All the pictures were white football players and he was glad that he got to be on the football team. The one black guy was sick from a disease and his hero is a football player. Texas is one of the worst places for racism. The black people were treated like they were dirt. The black guy had kept on going to show the world the black people are the same as the white people. The coloured people are the same as everyone else and it doesn't matter what colour you are, you should respect the other colours than you. Okay remember that itdoesn't matter what colour you are RESPECT THEM OKAY

Things That Are Important To Me!

Through the years until now I will share my successes with you. I have founf the folowing dates to be important to me. First was when I was born in May 31st 1996. Then I was 2 years old in 1998. I was 10 in 2006 and went to a wedding. October 13th my aunty had a baby in 2007 and his name is Landin.In 2008 I went to my fist camp called Circle Square Ranch. April 28 2007 my mom's son had twins. 2007 I got to have my own dog but then he moved to B.C. October 13th 2008 my mom's daughter had a baby boy and his name is Tucker. 2008 I got my own service provider and her name is Jenna. 2006 I got a social worker and her name is Cinthia. 2007 Jan 2nd I moved with Penny.
Well that's what happend in my life and I really enjoy all the babies that have come into my life and I'm really proud of Penny for taking me into her life...

After watching President Obama's speech there was things 3 that touched me.
- "Meeting the challenges and it will not be easy."
-"If we can believe to recognize ourselves in one another then we can maybe just maybe affect our lives."
- "We will extend a hand if you are prepared to unclench your fist."
I picked these because I have to challenge myself to get my school work done. I choose these ones because these are the ones that hit me a lot.

January 19th /09 Hi my new year resolution is getting my school work done first. How am I going to do it ??????? I'm going to do it by not doing anything after school just getting home and doing my homework. At school I will try to be independent and also try to master my work by giving full effort. I will plan it by doing it everyday. If I don't get something I will ask my teacher, family or friends. When I need help my teacher, Family or guests can help me. When I do my homework. I'll do it right and Penny or my teacher can check it over for me. The reason why I planed to this one is because I want to do better this year. I don't want to feel frustrated like I have when I don;t get my homework done. That's why I had choose to do this one and I hoped you like it because I sure do.

Regina's Cougars Basketball Game

Hi am Merkey Ferkey and I'm going to talk to you about the University of Regina and how they are so good. Hmmm what was the score umm I wonder. I remember now the score was 91-58 so the Cougars won by 33 points....... Chelsea Cassano is now back on the Cougars' basketball after she's been gone for at least four months... Chelsea Cassano shot 44 points, 30 rebounds and 10 blocked shots and imagine what a 6-foot-1 fifth year player had done when they were all short and she was tall. It took place here in the University of Regina on Saturday. I choose this artcle because I love the Cougars and I'm very close to them because I go to every single game they have here in the University of Regina I'm going to their game on Friday at 6:30 pm. I hope the girls and boys win when they play on Friday. Well that's all I have to say now so I hope you liked it. Good-bye fo now and I hope the Cougars, win the Basketball game on Friday January 16th 2009!

Hello everyone today my article is about the Rams and there football game and how amazing they are. This article headline is called Dino's ate up the Rams turnover. The university football game. How did the Rams win.... Well the Calgary team was easy and they beat the Calgary university team. The score was 31-5 the Rams had 31 and the Calgary team had 5. The game took place in Mosaic Stadium on Friday October 17 at 7:00 P.M.. I choose this article because I know some of the Ram players and I love them so much. The Rams are my best friends and I think the Rams are really good and I hope they win their next game.

I think it is a hole puncher because of its weight and ours looks like that and you said it's also on your teachers desk. But I don't think I'm correct and I'm so stumped because I don't know what it is.

Treaty Four Rocks

Well hello I'm going to talk to you about my trip to Treaty Four. First we had to get on the bus of course. Our bus ride was 45 minutes but when we were still at school it took forever to get going. On the way our funky teacher took some funky pictures of us and if you want to see them you have to go to our teacher's blog page.
As soon as we got there, our first destination was the health wheel if you don't know what it is it's a thing that helps you with your health. It helps us to think of healthy choices. Our second station was the bubble blowing contest and then after that we got to eat the bubbles and the bubbles were so delicious. Thirdly, we went to the ball toss and if you got it into a pail you had to answer a question.
After all of those stations we got to listen to a beautiful generous lady and she had told us a sad sad story about her life. I'll tell you one thing and only one, o.k. here I go. Star the beautiful young lady's adopted mother almost stabbed her but luckily her adopted father was there to save her by knocking her mother out. That's one of the many stories about Star. She is a survivor
Then after Star we went and had lunch and then there were two round dances and I was in them both. There was also a hoop dancer and he was amazing. I mean literally amazing! He was doing the coolest things ever.
Our last destination was the D.N.A and at this station we made D.N.A key chains. We did this chart and then look at the colors and that's how we made our D.NA code bracelet.
After all those activities we were back on the bus. On our way back, I fell asleep and I fell off my seat. As soon as we got back to the school everyone was tired but happy because our field trip was amazing.
