My Feelings About Our T.A.G Program

I like doing this T.A.G program. I like it because it is fun and I know we are doing something good for our planet. In social studies we learned about the power of one. How the power of 1 person can't do much but when more people are doing something the same like
how are class is helping our Earth such as cleaning our playground
and shutting off our lights for less energy. So I think it's cool we are doing the T.A.G. program!!

1. What memories are you reminded of from the pictures I have posted?
The picture with the sunset reminded me of when I went to Kenosee Lake. After supper me and my friends would go by the lake and hang out.
2. What things are you looking forward to now that Spring is here.
I'm looking forward to going for walks and playing games like baseball and soccer. I really like it when my cousins come and visit and we always play soccer but I am not as good as them.
3. What do you see, hear and smell during the months of Spring?
I see trees growing,leaves and the bright sunshine.
I hear birds chirping in the morning and kids playing in the afternoon. I smell the trees and grass.
4. What activities do you engage in during the months of Spring?
I like to play baseball and soccer.

My Dream Forest

My dream forest will smell fresh and it is filled with trees and nature
The sounds I hear are beautiful birds making their own songs with their chirping.
What I see is great, the trees and beautiful bright green leaves on the dark brown bark.
I feel so calm, relaxed and away from my worries.
I do like this place it is amazing.
In 3 months, this place will be very warm and the bugs and animals will roam the forest. In 6 months the tree's leaves will fall and the air will chill.
There are places like this, in the valleys, B.C. and in the amazing jungles but nothing will feel as great as this place.

HHHEEEEELLLLOOOO!!!!
I think it's important because we all need to help our Earth and maybe other schools will like to join our T.A.G. program.
I thought it was fun to do our first T.A.G. activity. We did a garbage clean up.
I hope everyone has a great Earth day.

Hello Chimacum middle School. I'm going to tell you 3 facts about me!
1. I like sports but my favorite sport is soccer and I like watching hockey.GO
CALGARY FLAMES!
2.I'm really funny and an awesome friend!
3.I'm clumsy!
Now I'll tell you 2 facts about our school.
1. The whole school is very very nice.
2. We have a tiny school. We have 160 kids in the whole school!
Now I'll ask you 1 question.
1. Do you have snow there? If you do is there lots?

Hello everybody! I didn't participate in Earth Hour :( I didn't know when it was, plus I was outside at that time by my hometown so ya.
I think Earth hour is an awsome idea. I thought the videos were sweet. I think people should be doing more stuff for our world, we all got to help out our world, it's important! And you shouldn't be throwing garbage in the garbage bin not on mother Earth!

This article is about recycling after Christmas. There was many people who did recycle and didn't. The percentage of people who recycled was 85%. Last year, there was 65% of people who did recycle. But they found out that Canada produces about 7 million tonnes of organic waste each year.
This article was on Monday January 7, 2008 and took place in Canada.
I chose this article because it was very interesting about this years recycling. I think this article is very important, hopfully next year there will be 95% of people who will recycle.

This article is about Heath Leager's death. He died of an accidential drug overdose. He had to much perscription of pills. He left a beautiful daughter and wife. Heath Leager was in 10 things I hate about you, A nights tale, Brokeback Mountain and The Patriot.
This happened in January and it was at Heath's apartment in Manhattan. I chose this article because I really, really liked this actor and I can't believe he died! I think this article is very very very very very very sad because Heath Leager is awesome!

My problem in school is doodling and not paying attention. I think I need to get more sleep because I get so tired I just start to not pay attention and then I just end up doodling or even start to fall asleep! The even worse thing, some of my doodles are not even good, there mostly goofy lines and squiggles. Anyway,my new year's resolution is to go to bed earlier and try not to fall asleep in class, I really hope it works. If you have this kind of problem too, just go to bed and try not to fall asleep.
