Pumpkin Day Last Friday it was Pumpkin Day. It was on Friday 4th of April. It was a weight competition – who could have the biggest pumpkin. Also who could have the weirdest shape and best dressed. There was savoury and sweet cooking and scones, muffins, cupcakes, soup and dip.
At lunch we all mostly got pumpkin fritters. Mr Brown and Mr Hoffman did the muscles. We got orange certificates. Shanelle had the biggest pumpkin. It was 50 kg. That’s a huge and heavy pumpkin.
