This weekend was so boring. I was sick all week and my parents didn’t let me out of the house! There is only one thing even worse than being sick. It’s staying home with your little brother when you’re sick. He was so annoying! One of my veins was about to burst. But there was one advantage to it--you get no homework!!! But it was still boring.

You might think this is weird but there is no way I like staying home from school. I mean you stay on a game or the Play Station for two minutes and then what, go to sleep? I don’t think so. Hopefully none of this happens to you guys.

I am from an old building, from cockroaches roaming around the streets, from empty living rooms and kitchens.

“Oh no!” I yelled at the top of my lungs. I stated to shiver like I was naked in Antarctica. My brother’s favorite ball was tilting back and forth when it tilted a little too much to the right and plop, it landed right on top of an abandon house’s roof. Now I was really in trouble. Right then I heard my brother’s footsteps coming closer and closer.

One day my little brother and I were bored of playing Pac Man over and over again, when all of a sudden my nanny stepped into the room and suggested “why don’t you go outside and play some soccer or something”. Elli thought, at least it was better than nothing. So I stepped outside and then I saw it, it was like a festival of deflated soccer balls. I tried to find a good ball but I just couldn’t find any. After searching everywhere for a good ball I finally found one. It was like the lights of heavens above were shining on it. Then I noticed it was my big brothers ball and I’m not allowed to play with it because it was his favorite ball. Well he was at ASA so he probably wouldn’t even notice I took it. So I took it and started to play with it. After a while I tried to do a cool move and by accident I kicked the ball so high it flew over the fence! I knew then that I was really in trouble. Great, it gets even better, just then I realized my big brother was back from ASA and the next thing I knew I could feel a fist running through jaw. I could feel blood dripping down my little nose.
The next day my mom told me I had to buy him new ball.

My favorite book series is Indiana Jones because it is very exiting to read and it also takes place all around the world.
