I think we should be able to wear anything that we want hoodys baggy pants and more.Another reason i think that that should not be a law beacause me i like barry pants not in school but everywhere els do you like baggy pants if not i under stand why but to some people they are cool

i am against making a law that we should stop people from wearing saggy pants. i think that we should dress how ever we feel because this is a free country and it is our bodies so we should put what ever we want on top of them. i dont think it is fear because alot of people dress certain ways because of the way they were raised aqnd because of their culture.But on the other hand i think it is wrong to wear saggy pants sometimes because that influences little kids to do the same thing.and that could make matters worse.like for example my brother loves to wear saggy pants and im okay with that because i know thats just his personality but i also tell him not to wear them to low{he doesnt listen though}.

No,I think sagging pants should not be baned.I think this because we have the right to wear what we want to wear.Also I think this because will affect us.thats why I think sagging pants should not be baned.

I agree then disagree at the time because it isn't cute and it isn't smart. Like if you were dress with sagging pants and walk down the street they would judge you already and think your not smart because you are dress like that. You shouldn't act or dress like someone or something your not.But then at the same time they want to be what they wnt and whatever you want to be is all you as you set your mind to it.

I think that it should not be illegal because you can not tell somebody how to wear there cloth if somebody likes how they wear there cloth thats how they are going to wear there pants so if the law dont like it oh well nobody can tell somebody what to do with there cloth it is there cloth and it is a free contry and if people want there pants to be sagging let them sag

I think that people should not wear sagging pants because it is not something that parents want their kids to see. And anthere reason why people should not wear bagging pants is because people do not want to see things they should not be seeing. If people wear there pants like that it makes others think bad things about that person like there a stealer and they can up calling the police for no reason. And if people keep on dressing like that then they will stop getting the respect that they should get they will start hearing mean things like you are ugly or you look a miss and I do not think you would like to hear. Those are the reasons for why you should not wear sagging pants.

I think that people have freedom and could wear what ever they want to wear anytime or anywhere.They could make a law for it,but people would be saying that this a free country and you can do anything in America even like wearing baggy pants.It would not look good if the president wears baggy pants and a big hood because famous people like them have to look elegent in speechs and meetings.As stated in the article "People in America could wear what they want when they want.This is a free country and nobody should tell you what to wear at all."I also think that if there is a fine in Louisiana,Georgia,people would stop going there,but nobody would have to go to jail because of baggy pants.It's dumd and stupid for someone goes to jail just because they were wearing saggy pants and also who would pay for the fine just for saggy pants.if they made that law then why were pants created for?

I am for sagging pants because,who are people to judge other people on how they dress.In my opinion I really don't care about how other people dress it does not matter to me much,I mean clothes don't make the person or the character so It doesn't really matter.And in the text it said that you can go to jail for 6 months just becasuse you're wearing you pants a different way,and it said if you don't go to jail you have to pay a $600 just for wearing pants like that.They just have taken it too far with stuff that don't even matter.I don't think thats right at all!

I think they should'nt ban baggy pants because it's their life they can live it anyway they want. If they get in trouble or get hurt it's on them not you so leave them to suffer by their own accord.

making a law agenst cloths is the same thing as perer preshure your making people where sertin things forsing them to do somthing they dont want to but they have no choice but to or they will go to jail.

I am agaist the law because the people alwayas said that America a free country.Another reason they should be able to wear sagging pants because its the peoples body so they can wear what ever.
If they make a law about wearing sagging pants they are making a law about black culter for hiphop.Some people believe that all the people who wear sagging pants are in gangs.
Some of that true but not everyone. Kids my age wear sagging pants and they arent in gang its just the way they wear their pants.

I don't like think law is fair because your basicly your telling people what they should wear and what they cant wear. I dont think this is right because let say you had pants that was above your sneakers and they looked like high waters you would need to pull your pants down until it's sagging so it wont look like high waters and you wont get made fun of and become bullyed for the rest of the year and become humilated.

Im against law outlawing sagging pants because it's not fair that you just go to jail for six moth just putting your pants down. Maybe is just because of style that all boys have in common because if a kid follows a men would he go to jail? So maybe they must be careful what laws they make after they put a kid in jail. That is not right!

I think that it should not be illegal because it is not that sereous to get arested for wareing your clohes a sertain way. also i think it is not elleagal because most boys might think it is cofterbal. I think it should be illeagal because it is a bad influence to little kids because kids acn grow up and be part of a gang and start wareing their pants below their waist

Yes i'm aposted to sagging in school because they can be a bad infence on kids.Teachers wold keep telling the kid who has thier pants down to keep pulling up. Then the kid will get into a fight with the teacher then the kid will go of, like swearing wich isn't allowed in school. So I think sagging pants shold not be in school or anywere.
