The Reptile Room by Lemony Snicket The Reptile Room by Lemony Snicket is a fantasy/adventure book about taking risks. It takes place at Uncle Monty’s reptile room where Violet, Sunny, and Clause find them self in deep trouble when Count Olaf and his comrades try to get their greedy hands on The Bauldilaire fortune. They manage to smuggle out of Olaf’s clutches by desperately searching through his filthy suitcase to prove that just because he is disguised as Uncle Monty’s assistant doesn’t mean he is an assistant. The evidence that proves Olaf guilty is a empty vile reading poison, a needle to inject the poison, and a knife. Before they could open the suitcase though Violet’s inventing skills were needed to make a homemade lock pick and luckily it works! I love this book because it keeps you in suspense and alert. I think someone like you might like this book because it has a whole series ahead of it so you don’t have to be sad when its done, you can move onto the next book! I hope you like reading The Reptile Room as much as I did!
