Reading Mortimer J. Adler once said: “Reading is a basic tool in the living of a good life.” I agree with him. Without reading, you wouldn’t have a very good job, you couldn’t read directions, basically you would have a pretty difficult life without reading. You would have to have reading to live a proper life! To me, reading is really fun. It gives you information about the world sometimes, like in the newspaper; it can tell you a story, like in a fiction book; it could tell you directions on what to do, like on a quiz; it could tell you anything! Again, “Reading is a basic tool in the living of a good life.”
