I visited two new blogs. First I visited Jacob13's blog. I liked his blog because he had a lot of pictures that went with his post. He wrote one post about endangered animals. He also wrote a post on his camping trip. I also visited TennisPlayer26's blog. He wrote about a variety of different things. He wrote about education and math. He also wrote about integrity.

My role was to be the designer. I learned about how roller coasters work and what people want on a rollercoaster. Our rollercoaster is called Zero Gravity. It blasts off, from the force of the motor, starting it off with great acceleration. The rollercoaster gains more speed as it goes down the first hill. We made sure the first hill was big so that it would have great speed which follows Newton's Second Law of Motion. I learned that if you have too much weight on the rollercoaster that it will go to fast and go off the track. The rollercoaster needs kinetic energy from the first hill to complete the ride. I learned that the rollercoaster will keep going unless another force acts on it like brakes in Newton's First Law of Motion. I learned that brakes create friction that can slow down the rollercoaster. I learned that it is not easy to make roller coasters.

    I love to play soccer so much that I am on two teams. I played piano for five years until my mom said I could stop. Now I play guitar. Since it is winter and I cannot play soccer, I am playing basketball. I am a rollercoaster maniac and I want to design them when I grow up. I desperately want a dog but my dad is allergic to them. I like playing the Wii but my sister always makes me turn it off. I love soft serve ice cream and I think they make the best ice cream at the Cup.

He gives teachers assignments and they complete them on their blogs. They can also write whatever they want. They have many assignments that they have completed about books they have read or are reading. I enjoyed it and I hope you go to it and read it.
