Now, as Bella and Edward are driving to school, they meet Jacob in the parking lot. Bella finds out that Victoria is still hunting her. On Saturday, Edward is out hunting, so Bella quickly decides to go see Jacob. Bella and Jacob talk for a while, and then Bella goes over to Angela (Bella's friend)'s house to help her address stacks of letters. On the way to Angela's house, Bella realizes that Edward is right behind her, but she doesn't look at him because she knows that he will be very angry with her for going to see Jacob. This part of the book made me feel very triumphant because even though Edward prohibited Bella from seeing Jacob, she went and saw him anyways.
