This term we've been working with stories and famous people. But it's time for a bit of fun. Let's design "A Famous People Quiz" and upload it in your personal blog. Next week we'll play in class!

Welcome to a new school year! During the following months, you are going to work with the Portfolio of Languages, you are going to write articles in this blog, you are going to share experiences with the other bloggers from IES Manolo Hugué and IES Montgrós, you are going to meet new friends, you are going to practice your English, you are going to use new web 2.0 tools and you are going to ...... work a lot !!
In your first article... If you are a new blogger you have to begin by introducing yourself . Tell us about you and about your family.
If you were a blogger last year, you can write about your holidays and check if you have any new comments ( go to IES Montgrós and listen to the cat )

BubbleShare: Share photos - Powered by BubbleShare Our school is named after a very important scientist that was born in Lleida, Joan Oró.
In our school there are 65 teachers and more than 600 students. My classroom is the English classroom. There are a lot of English books, English magazines and English dictionaries. There is a computer and there is a TV set as well. We can watch videos and DVDs there. There is also a CD player that we use for listening to other people speaking in English. And there are some shelves where we leave our English books and our POrtfolios. There are a lot of posters on the walls. There are also a lot of things that students have dessigned: brochures, recipes, ads, posters. I like the English classroom a lot because everything is in English!!!!
