Science Demonstrations
I think the wind erosion group did a great job demonstrating! I didn't know that wind can make holes and sand dunes in the ground.. I am just wondering where does the wind come from ? I also learned that you have to be very careful during windy days because trees can come down on you.

I think the lake formation group taught me a lot  on how lakes were formed.

One of the the things the lake formaton group was that glaciers formed lakes

and that the glaciers would push it two times to make a big hole and then the

glacier melts . I thinkk there demonstration really showed how lakes were formed .

I just have one question How did the glaciers get their ?

I learned from the water erosion group that water can destroy and move houses and break rocks.

Can water erosion be good for some regions? and How does the water come from the oceans and rivers ?

I think the demonstration how houses are moved by water.

Wow, the delta group really did a great demonstration.I had know idea deltas were shaped like

a triangle . There demonstration really showed the trianglier shape.I think the classroom skit was a great idea

it did feel like the group was the teachers and we were the students.Where are delta's formed ?

Where can we see one ? and How long ago  delta's started to form ?

I just thought that plates  were things that hold the ground together, but instead there instead they're pieces

of the earth's crust.I also learned that the ground squishs together forming a mountain. I that the volcano didn't exactly

explain how mountains were formed. I also learned that there are a lot of ways mountains are formed.I think they could've

added some more  details so we laearn a little bit more.

I had know idea that volcanos formed islands. I always thought that the islands just broke apart

from continents. I  wonder how long it would take for the lava to cool down ? Were islands formed

by anything else ? How can you be sure that islands started to form in the geologic time period ?

The volcanic eruption really showed that when the lava erupts when it cools and hardens it becomes an

island.

This is everthing I learned from the science demonstration.
