Moon The fabulous thing about the Moon is that it has 7 phases. Here are the phases Crescent Moon, First Quarter Moon, Waxing Gibbous Moon, Full Moon, Waning Gibbous Moon, Last Quarter Moon, Old Moon. The distance from Earth to the Moon is 384.403km. The Moon is made out of rock. There is gravity and oxygen on the Moon. But the amazing thing about the Moon is that is has 7 phases.
