I think that being able to trace someone on google is kind of creepy. But at the same time, I guess it would be a good thing in the case that if you're hiring a person, being able to check their record would be beneficial for your decision. But, having your "technological record" on google also serves as a reminder to always watch what you say/do on the internet.
