Work?
You betcha! As we get closer to March Break, we are all being inundated with assignments, tests, homework deadlines and the like. Your task is to make sure that you keep up with all the work that is being thrown your way. How do you do this?
Firstly, do not procrastinate. Sometimes it's easy to say "I'll do it later", but often 'later' never comes.
Secondly, make yourself a schedule using your agenda. Figure out your due dates and plan out how you're going to go about finishing things.
Thirdly, make sure to talk to your classmates or teachers when you're unsure of something.
What else can you do? Let me know what you think by commenting on this article.
I heard it now, chloe was at my house and we heard it, it gave me A HEADACHE!! I asked my dad if he could hear it when he was right beside us, and he said no, he is really lucky that he coulsn't hear it!!! It was a teribble piercing sound!!!!

Hi Mr. D. I am a teacher from New Zealand. I am over 25 and I can still hear the sound! Must be all of that unspoilt wilderness I get to live in! One of your students posted a comment on our class's website, so I have sent one back to him. It seems to me the students you teach have a great teacher who encourages them to think for themselves and express thier opinions. I was also interested to read about Noam Chomsky as I am currently on study leave from my teaching position, studying towards a Masters the area of in Applied Linguistics.

I could hear the sound clearly but it didn't annoy me that much. My mom heard it clearly though and was screaming at me to stop!
She has good hearing. My dad couldn't hear it though.

Oh my god!!!! I heard the sound, and I turned on my speakers on full-blast because I thought I might not be able to hear it, and it is soooooo annnoying! In fact, it made my whole head buzz, and for a minute I felt like I was going to faint when I heard that! It hurts your ears sooo much! Ouch!

Gug! I hate that noise. No fair that adults can't hear it. I mean they can stay in the shop without feeling uncomfortable, yet teenagers can't. What about little kids. Does it make them cry?!?

Ugh! No I can't hear it anymore although I could 2 or 3 years ago when I first found out about it and showed it to my students.
I'm going to have my students comment on this - they've been complaining no one comments to them although they do not reach out to anyone!

TVs make that noise, but adults don't hear it! And Mr D, I know how you always tell us to edit our work carefully, so imagine my surprise when I see a grammar mistake in your blog! You used 'your' instead of 'you're' in the fourth paragraph. Might want to fix that!
Thanks Toby!
