 Meeting Our Blogging Buddies  It's amazing how much excitement the prospect of meeting our new blogging buddies from the University of Regina via Skype generated in our classroom. I felt like I was scraping the children off of the walls all day.At long last (is it time yet?) the time arrived and almost half of the children had a chance to chat face to face digitally with their buddy. The others will get a chance to talk on Thursday. Our partnership with them will last until the first week of April. My students get to be mentored by a teacher-to-be whom they adore, and the university students get to participate in the writing development of a primary student. It's a win-win situation.
