Through our Yahoo emails, we teachers help each other and share assignment ideas - and some fun online places to play. Thanks to Mrs. B from the ACS in Beirut we have Vokis, Dopplegangers and Typing of the Ghosts and now from Kathy Rice we have the ability to make a short movie cartoon by going to http://www.xtranormal.com.
If you enjoy these games, please say thank you to those teachers (I just added Ms. Rice's site in Canada called Technology Infusion) and check out the cartoons Ms. Rice made. One more toy - at http://www.freecodesource.com/image-generators/morphing allows you to "morph" (look up the word) images. Please remind me who shared that. It's fun! Lastly, type in "Make your own cartoon" in Google and try some sites out. Let us all see what you did, what you recommend, what to avoid.
This is really cool! I made a movie at home. There is this other website called www.tektek.org
you can make an avatar, and even a car. Haha! You can also do this thing where you type in a sentence or word and it comes out in rainbow.

I'm so glad you enjoyed the cartoon creator. I hope you and your students will have some fun checking it out!
