In the morning, Mrs. Barnes came in and taught us about ideas for stories.We read two Paul Bunyan stories and made a venn diagram.We used our Alphasmarts to answer a question for the two books of Paul Bunyan.

In the afternoon, we "zoomed" in on Ideas. We looked at funnels and telescopes and talked about what they have to do with Ideas. We learned about how tall tales can be different. We also wrote about things that we were experts on.
