Eragon by Christopher Paolini
Ouch that probably hurt! Eragon is about a 17 year old boy who was hunting in the woods. Suddenly a stone comes flying by, but it is not a stone it is an egg. In the egg there is a Dragon. Eragon is put up to the challenges to become a Dragon rider.
My favorite part is when Eragon finds out he has powers and he gets really good with his powers.
I recommend this book for 4th grade and up because it has some really hard parts as well as some sad parts.

I know my name is dark for a girl, but it fits. Were you talking about when Eragon rubbed the skin off his legs on Saphira's scales when you said, 'ouch'? I love dragons and griffens, and any other animal, both mystical and real-featured.

Why yes I do have a pet, Manny! We got him on the night before Valentines Day at the “Help save the Diabetes Center for pets” sounds cool huh? He’s three yrs., now lets start talking about your book review shall we! I can tell it’s very extra ordinary adventures I would read that book if I was a BOY though

Dear Monkeyboy,
Nice summary. I was wondering something and maybe you know the answer. Why do you think Eragon's name is spelled so much like the word dragon? Some of my 4th graders were wondering also. -- Mr. Smith - Hannibal, MO
