 Blogging Buddy Visit  This week, after waiting for three months, the children finally got to meet their blogging buddies from the Univeristy of Regina. I can't tell you how many times in those months I answered the question, "when are our blogging buddies going to come to see us?" The children all took the opportunity to draw a picture of their buddy and to write about this auspicious moment. Then, it was back to our classroom for a wonderful story about the Wide-Mouthed Frog (thank you, Mr. Lewis)and sharing cookies. These students have been wonderful mentors to my children, and we will really miss them at the end of their semester.
